I’m a software engineer turned certified
leadership coach.
I’ve been developing software since the 90s and ran my own successful business, started delivering training in 2002, embraced Agility in 2003, stepped into leadership in 2008, discovered the power of liberating structures in 2017 and then became a certified leadership coach in 2021.

What does the dragon mean?
You might wonder about my fascination with dragons, which you’ll see in my teaching metaphors, graphics, and guides.
To me, dragons symbolize the pinnacle of authenticity and leadership - they are mighty yet introverted beings who thrive on bringing out the best in others.

My Chinese astrological sign, the fire dragon, embodies power, loyalty, and the capacity to protect what's precious. It's a fitting metaphor for the leadership journey we’ll go on together, right?

And there’s more to the Avagasso emblem than dragons.
