Vulnerability in Leadership gives 7.5 times more Trust

The Global Leadership Forecast 2023 by DDI found that employees are 5.3 times more likely to trust leaders who display vulnerability. And, leaders who acknowledge their failures or shortcomings are 7.5 times more likely to maintain trust compared to those who do not!

Iā€™m excited to kick off my new content sprint with an animation I made on the topic of "Vulnerability in Leadership."


The next two weeks, I will dive into the strengths of authentic leadership and how embracing vulnerability can drive trust, empathy, and connection within teams.
